Scott K. Friedrich – President
Scott Friedrich is a skilled criminal defense attorney that knows police techniques and prosecution strategies. He has worked as a Juvenile Officer, Deputy Sheriff, Investigator, Polygraph Operator, Assistant Prosecutor and Federal Prosecutor. He is an experienced trial attorney with over 25 years’ experience.
Scott Friedrich is a lifelong Cass County resident and graduate of Harrisonville High School. He attended Central Missouri State University where he earned a BS and Master’s degrees in Criminal Justice. He attended UMKC School of Law graduating in 1987.
In 1989 he started his own law practice on the historic Harrisonville square.

Chaste Higgins grew up north of Raymore in the Cass County area. He attended College of the Ozarks where he graduated summa cum laude. While attending, he was awarded the John Murray Senior of the Year Award.
Chaste went on to attend the UMKC School of Law as a Second-Century Scholarship recipient. While in law school, he was a Research Assistant for one of the law school’s professors and was chosen to serve as a Law School Emissary. He was a staff member of both the UMKC Law Review and the Urban Lawyer Law Journal, in which he also published. He received two CALI Excellence for Future Awards in Legal Writing and Criminal Procedure.
During law school, Chaste worked at the Cass County Prosecutor’s Office and the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office. Chaste graduated from UMKC in the top 25% of his law school class with Highest Honors in Pro Bono and Public Service.
Chaste has been employed by Friedrich Law Office, P.C. since graduating law school in 2013. He handles a variety cases, including traffic, criminal, and various civil and family law matters.
Chaste currently lives in Raymore with his wife, Emily, and twin boys, Joah and Jax.
